I have just completed my new and first map "Beach Tribute"

Sorry to see you take that as funny.....I know where you are coming from though.....Yes we did already "Alter" a Wolfenstein Map.....MP_BEACH......That line in our readme.txt refers to People taking our version and calling it "theirs"....Or using "our" things we made like for example: the Boats and the Kammandants house.....Or Converting it to ET and saying it's theirs....Wich are issues that have come up recently with the advent of ET....

An important point I would like to make also is:
I rebuilt The New map from scratch......There is only about 10% of the original beach in it......Terrain,Stairs and a few odds and ends....

Everything you see that looks like the original in some way or other is because I wanted this map to be like the original but Developed as if in real life.....As if it was not complete in the first story line.....

Also,I would like to say....Beach Tribute is exactly that....
A "Tribute" to ID,Nerve,Activision,Mappers,and Players.....Just wanted to pay tribute to You all by "Embelishing" a map that is a personal favorite of mine and a RTCW icon.....

I have learned many things about mapping here and on other forums.....Even from you....What saddens me, is the fact that "people" can take something that was non malicious.....And make it So.....

If this stems from the fact that you believe I am not a "TRUE" mapper......because we started with one of RTCW's.....That's OK....I know how much work went into this map and all the Hours spent on it.....and I have nothing to prove.....

Well I am sorry that you feel that way Detoeni.......
Just trying to keep RTCW alive in the wake of New and upcoming projects by Activision and other companies.....
