I've played it. The enemys seem to be a little hard to defeat at times, though that's probably why you put all the health around. I'd suggest making them not able to take five bullets to the head, and lower the health pack amount a little.

Yes it may be somewhat hard in some places, and when run for the first time, but the idea is not to frustrate the player with an overwhelming difficulty, if i can finish it without getting pissed off too much, then it's a good indicator that the game it's not frustrating.
