Thanks for posting the bit on mods, Eye. It made me realize that peeps not on the team have no idea how things are progressing.

We had a little "crisis of faith" a while back but we are past that and each member is commited to getting this mod to beta the best it can be.

We have all (most) of the bases covered for team members, but our team is small, so many of us have had to do double duty in different areas of the mod. If anyone has talents they would like to contribute, they would be very welcome to inquire.

We have almost all of our planned basic machanics implimented in the code, and we are starting to put in our weapon models now. New player models are causing problems, but we are making progress. Work continues on maps, and I can tell you they are top notch.

Here is a little sneak peak of our MP 44 in game. Animations are still being fine tuned, but it looks pretty nice I think. Anyone recognise the test map?

great to hear things are progrssing, how many maps are you guys planning to make overall? Anything SP?

The mod is MP only, there are no plans to do anything SP.

We have about 6 maps in varying states of completion right now with more planned. When we get the core code and models worked out we hope to impliment a campain system that is a little more involved than the one announced for ET.

When (if) ET is released we may use that code, but we will see how it goes.
